Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: July 6, 2026
1. Scope
This policy covers payments for Currly Pro, the paid subscription to the Currly platform operated by ConnectAndCreate Ventures Pvt Ltd. Currly's free plan involves no payment and is not affected by this policy. Current plans and prices are listed on our Pricing page.
2. Billing
- Currly Pro is offered as a recurring subscription on a monthly or annual billing cycle, as selected at checkout.
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST (currently 18%) is charged as required by Indian law and itemised on your invoice.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. Currly does not store your card or bank details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle using your saved payment method, until cancelled.
- A tax invoice is emailed to the address on your account after each successful payment.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel Currly Pro at any time from your Profile page or by emailing us. On cancellation:
- Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- You will not be charged again after that — auto-renewal stops immediately.
- At the end of the paid period, your account reverts to the free plan. Your saved data is retained per our Privacy Policy.
4. Refunds
We want you to be happy with Currly Pro. Our refund terms:
- 7-day money-back on first payment. If you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your first Currly Pro charge (or the first charge of a new subscription after a lapse) and we will refund that payment in full.
- After 7 days, payments for the current billing period are non-refundable. You can still cancel to stop future renewals (see §3), and you keep access until the period ends.
- Renewals. Automatic renewal charges are non-refundable, except where required by law. To avoid a renewal, cancel before the cycle ends.
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
5. How to request a refund
Email rohit@currlyai.com from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the payment. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days, though your bank may take longer to reflect it.
6. Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, or charged without receiving access, contact us and we will investigate and refund any duplicate or erroneous charge in full.
7. Changes to pricing and this policy
We may change plan prices; any change applies from your next renewal, and we will notify you in advance where required. We may update this policy by revising the effective date above; material changes will be notified by email.
